Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional safety equipment, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as our gear is reliable.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Chemical protective clothing shows no signs of wear or contamination
  • All safety certifications and documentation are included

Non-Returnable Safety Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ademhalingsbescherming Accessories (respiratory protection accessories)
  • Chemical protective clothing removed from original sealed packaging
  • Compressed air apparatus and related components
  • Safety gear with activated or used consumable parts

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Refund or exchange preference
  2. Receive Authorization: Our specialists will review within 2 business days and provide:
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Detailed return instructions
    • Prepaid return label (if applicable)
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package items using original packaging when possible. Include:
    • Completed return form
    • Copy of order confirmation
    • All original safety documentation
  4. Processing: At our Colorado Springs facility, we will:
    • Inspect returned equipment
    • Process refund/exchange within 5 business days
    • Notify you via email when complete

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect

Exchange Process

  • Equal value exchanges: Replacement ships immediately after return authorization
  • Higher-value exchanges: You’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Exchanged items ship via original shipping method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective safety equipment:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange expedited replacement at no cost

International Returns

For clients outside the United States:

  • Include completed customs documentation
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
