At ANSELL Shop, we stand behind the quality of our professional safety equipment just as we protect professionals in high-risk environments. If you need to return or exchange any item, we’ve designed this process to be as straightforward as our safety gear is reliable.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Chemical protective clothing must show no signs of wear or contamination
  • All safety certifications and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ademhalingsbescherming Accessories (respiratory protection accessories)
  • Chemical protective clothing that has been removed from original sealed packaging
  • Compressed air apparatus and related components
  • Any safety gear with activated or used consumable parts

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our returns team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our safety equipment specialists will review your request within 2 business days and provide:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return label (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items using the original packaging whenever possible. Include:

  • Completed return form (will be provided with your RMA)
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • All original safety documentation

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Colorado Springs facility, we will:

  • Inspect the returned safety equipment
  • Process refund or exchange within 5 business days
  • Notify you via email when complete

3. Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect

4. Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item immediately after return authorization
  • For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Exchanged items ship via your original shipping method

6. International Returns

For clients outside the United States:

  • All returns must include completed customs documentation
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective safety equipment:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange expedited replacement at no cost
